Where do you ship from?

We ship our products from international fulfillment centers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. Any requests after this time will be declined. Your order can be returned for a full refund upon receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for processing your order during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take between 4-9 business days to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

Will I be charged with duties and taxes?

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in EUR, meaning you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import duties, taxes, and related customs fees may be charged when your order arrives at its final destination, determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. What if the items I received are faulty/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received goods that are wrong, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photos of the items, and any relevant references upon receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the issuing bank for questions about crediting your account. If you have not received a credit for your return, follow these steps: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
